door hinge plates

Hi guys, I've got a problem in that when unbolting the doors for body prep I managed to stuff one of the screws that hold the hinge to the door pillar and really screwed up drilling the busted screw out. Can you buy the hinge plate that sits in the pillar and do you have to cut open the pillar to put it in? Thanks.

Bottom plate or top plate? Top is accessible from inside the bonnet area.. the bottom one.. not without getting out the grinder and welder. If its only one out of three screws that are buggered I'd be tempted to just leave it out and keep an eye on movement/sag etc.
