If there's a run on in the new year - south of Sydney, I will bring the Cab. along. It hasn't been on the road for over 30 years, so there's some catching up to do.

I've given it a 'buzz' down the freeway, and it is quite happy at 110....and a bit more, if need be.:smilegrin:




I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

Yes I remember - but also remember when they pulled Fxxknuckle aside and took him away to interrogate him- only problem we had with that- they let him go.Wade and I still piss ourselves with some of the stuff you got up to.Was it you or Barry that scored 356 brakes?

Only cut the engine tin-ware, and match it up with the 36hp tin-ware, to fit the opening in the body. Had to do a bit of 'bashing' though [luckily Iwas a panelbeater in a previous life], and re-shape the rocker covers - so the valve clearances can be done, without removing the engine. It's a tight fit.:yes:
