WTB. 36 hp exhaust intermediate pipes

Im looking for a set of standard pipes that connect the heater boxes to the muffler on a 36 hp exhaust. Mine are rusted and leaking. Does anyone have a set or know where I can get them from. Ive bought a set of J pipes, but they are too long and not the correct diameter.

Heres a pic of what Im chasing.
