Valla Photography Discs
For anyone who is interested, I will be offering discs of images from Valla Volkswagen Spectacular for $55 each.
The disc will include 100 of the finest Images from throughout the Valla week as shot by professional photographer Kat Hawke.
The discs will be available from August 18th (2 weeks from today), includes postage costs and will be send out once payment is processed.

Prints/ Cavnvases can also be organised as special orders. Simply email me to discuss your needs. Proof sheets of the event will be posted on Facebook

They don't need them. At all.
Only needed if the car was being used to sell another product; eg. it was in an add for dish washing liquid.
If you are going to stir shit. Learn the laws around it.

Right on Matt.....in this age of digital photography, there is need for 'negatives', which also means no need for silver. I wish Kat all the best in her venture. 
I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

Good luck with the discs Kat I hope you sell a swag of them as you
have done the work and I didn't notice any vehicles with "no photos without permission" on them. It was a great week for everyone and most of all
the VW enthusiasts,Donna and the team had excellent organisation and anyone who didn't enjoy themselves was trying not to.

sorry guys, my internet is a bit sporadic while i'm camping,
Silver: as the other's so kindly mentioned, it is indeed legal for photos to be captured and sold without the owner's permission, even number plates
as there is currently no australian law targeting this. However if it is in your interest for me to remove/ withhold images of your vehicle, I am
happy to oblige.
If you want to read more into it, you might wish to have a look at this:
Photographer's Rights
As I am still away until late next week, I will be editing as much as possible, where possible, and will have the images ready by August 18th, as
will proof sheets if anyone wishes to see them.
Anyone wishing to order a disc please email "kathawkephotography@live.com.au" and I will happily contact you regarding payment & postage
details.
If you are after images of a specific vehicle/ person/ point-in-time/ cat/ dog/ monkey, whatever you like; just shoot me an email and i will do my
best to accommodate. I obviously can't capture everyone/ everything, but if i did get you/ your car... i'll find it

in my belief i think on entery to any static car display your have chosen to wave any rights so people or corperation can take and use photos as they
please

Hi Kat, its a green MaxFX 4 seater buggy, its just been engineered in NSW. It was my first VW event and we loved it! I took a heap of pics myself but
not worth selling lol
