fuses
hi everyone
I have a 59 beetle under front bonnet there is a 4 fuse fuse box on drivers side ,I currently been restoring this car and there are currently no fuses
in it
question can anyone tell me what size fuses go in there

From memory they are all 8 amp ceramic fuses..
its best to buy these from VW parts shops as they can be very expensive at major car parts shops due to them not being used in any vehicles for a very
long time...
its also a good thing to keep a few on hand as they can blow easily... at any time... I keep them in My ash tray...
also always carry a spare fan belt as if the belt breaks You Must turn the engine oFF immediately
these cost under $10 at most VW spare parts shops but can cost a lot more at Super-cheaP etc...
I always carry at least two spare new belts..
