Offroad Air Cleaner

I used to run a Donaldson air cleaner on my baja for the beach for many years and reallly happy with it.

Just completing a new baja build and wondering if anyone has good experience with other air cleaners that mount directly on the 34 pict carby for the beach. eg the louvered air cleaners (pictured below)? or other offroad air cleaners available in australia?

Cheers

Stick with the Donaldson mate. Or run an airbox with a prefilter on the inlet.

The airbox I put on mine starts on page 27, about halfway down.

But I will be changing it back to a single out from the airbox and teeing off afterwards. I've been having some troubles with the airbox cracking where I plastic welded it.

And adding a prefilter on page 32

Hope this helps.
