Just by looking at the add it apears to me that it is well worth the money, it has had a load of money spent on it but by my past experence that means very little, so it is buyer beware.

It's in SI plates, that in real terms means it's not registered as SI (Special Interest) plates cannot be transferred.

RWC are not compulsory in Tasmania.

However, to drive it back interstate you would be able to get a RWC and apply for full rego.

Do you know what part of the state it is in? If around Hobart area I could venture out and have a quick look.
