Guards boot and bonnet are getting painted this week just have to save up for the rubber kit, carpet, hoodlining and a few other bits and bobs so
happy i can see the light at the end of the tunnel

The guards are painted now 
Just getting some rubbers for the guards today then ill be bolting them back on every one has told me to take my time when putting everything back
together cause im inpatiant i think ill listen to them cause this will be the nicest car ive owened so far hehe

Thanks adIbeetle am staying with black rubbers cause they will be easier to keep clean and they wont stand out as much
I tried to clean my old ones up but they went all milky so im picking new ones up today and bolting the guards on today if eveything goes to plan

My progress today i got the guards on it and yes im painting that wheel so theres no yellow so happy with the outcome and the progress thats been made
on it in the last week

Haha the tarps have came in handy twice so far we dont have and concrete in the carports so its only dirt
the paint is de beer im pretty sure
I havnt made any progress cause i have wiring issues
Im just finishing up at work then ill get stuck into it on my holidays

Its been a while since i have posted any progress
i finally brought my rubber kit with chrome inserts
and what a bugger the chrome inserts were after trying for roughly 20hours i
gave up and put my windows in without the inserts
I also used hoodliner/vinyl spray and painted the hoodliner
Put new door trims in
Installed window machanisms and rubbers
And installed the running boards
My todo list
get an auto electrician out to fix my wiring issues
Install new carpet
Put a few little peices on
Fix the bowden tube cause some welds let go inside the tunnel
Then its rego so happy with how it looks
and wow alot more money was spent then what i thought
but its worth it
And i got insured with shannons

Thanks guys thats my dads ute nbturbo i have sold 4 motorbike 1 boat and even my daily driver to fund this project it wasnt cheap at all

Major progress made
Got all my electricals fixed and wow everything thing is so much better brighter lights and everything works so happy with the outcome
And it was cheap
It is registed now and i took it for the first drive tonight
Over an hour in traveling and even got stuck in traffic and it ran nice and cool the only little hicup i had was a sparkplug failed on me and i still
made it home on 3 cylinders so tomorrow shes getting new plugs and a minor service when i finish work and saturday sorting out all the little glitches
and what ever else needs doing i will post pictures after i detail it
