pre 1967 swingaxle type 3.
Usually a 6 volt bell housing,
but has the same ratios as the first 1500 beetles.

Pre 1967 only had letter prefixes on some split-bus trans (H),
and the number-only system is never printed as a list that I have found.
I am sure one exists,
but I have just seen a trend, and so wrote down what I have seen come through the work shop.

Without seeing the box externally, I would guess: type 3 swing, Aussie 67 bug, and last one never seen just a D unless possibly it is DC ie type 3 irs.

Do they have Australian dollars in Townsville ?
