SOLD - FS ULTIMATE Twin 40 IDF Webber kit (type 1 manifolds)

Hey everyone,

Have the ULTIMATE bolt on twin 40 IDF Webber kit including:
--> twin genuine Webber carbs - with larger venturi's for increased flow
--> short type 1 manifolds - empi I think
--> hex bar linkage with mounting brackets etc,
--> a set of air cleaners (either 2-inches or 3.5inches tall - your choice).
--> electronic fuel pump with mounting bracket
--> fuel pressure regulator and pressure gauge
--> S/S braided line and fittings to fit the Webber fittings and make you look like your going faster!! :-)
--> some extra 5/16 rubber line for good measure.

Ran this setup on my buggy for ~3yrs and rebuilt + Dynotuned ~10months prior to removal and yielded 95rwhp. We're working perfectly when removed for EFI upgrade but I would always advise people to get these things setup by someone who knows Webber's and how to get the most out of them. Have been boxed nicely on my basement garage shelf for ~12 months so should be sweet.

Whole kit $850 (don't want the hassle of splitting up)
Pickup: Sydney (Five Doc, Gladedville or Randwick depending on day).

See gumtree ad for pics as they don't seem to like to load from my iPad:

First used on my type 1 1600tp then put them on my 2176 type 1.

As I mentioned in the post above, I would get them setup properly regardless of the engine - to get the most out of them for power and efficiency (not to mention health/longevity of your engine). :-)
