Back after many years new rat
Its a sad looking through the old posts from 2007 ish when things were pumping vw wise.

It's a good find. I find it amazing- there is still VW stuff to learn. Your car has all Oval stuff under the bonnet(fuel tank,brake fluid pot, infuse
holder) but has no semaphores. It also has the later flasher switch. Pretty sure the cable operated fuel gauge was always an accessory.An Auntie of
mine bought a 58 brand new and it had all the Oval features( including semaphores) but had the big back window. She had indicator lights fitted soon
after purchasing it.It's in the Birdwood Motor museum now.Well done.
