NEW Front End Parts ... ’71 – ’73 Super Beetle.
G’day,
NEW front end parts for sale … to suit a ’71 – ’73 Super Beetle.
I bought the parts for a project that never eventuated … and I’d much prefer to sell all parts as a job lot, not individually.
For those who know anything about the Super Beetle’s infamous, bloody dangerous front end shimmy … getting it down in the weeds and tightening it
up (via a urethane bushing kit) is the best way to improve the safety and driveability of the vehicle.
Please note the Empi adjustable struts will only suit the ’71 – ’73 model … ie: struts with a three (3) hole flange, where the strut bolts to
the steering arm.
The list and pricing follows …
Empi adjustable front struts ... $180
Empi shock inserts, to suit above ... $85
Front and rear brakes hoses ... $50
Front brakes rotors ... $90
Front disc pads ... $25
Inner and outer front wheel bearings and seals ... $40
Brake line hard kit ... $55
Front suspension control arm and sway bar urethane bush kit ... $35
As stated above, all parts are brand new … and did I mention I’d much prefer to sell all items as a job lot!
So if there is anyone out there rebuilding a ’71 – ’73 SB … I have all you need to refurbish that sloppy front end, and replace the front
brakes and the hard and soft brake lines.
Asking $560 for the lot ... but please feel free to make me an offer. PM or call 0431 771 722.
Parts are on the Central Coast, but a northern Sydney or Newcastle pickup can be arranged.
Thanks,
Chris.

NEW Front End Parts ... ’71 – ’73 Super Beetle.
Come on guys ... any interest in any of this?
The adjustable struts and the urethane bushes are early Super Beetle fitment, but the brake components, hard line kit and wheel bearings and seals
will fit most late beetles.
The parts were purchased for a project that has been sold ... so the gear is no good to me ... and as I need it gone, I'm open to any reasonable
offer.
Anybody?
