a few1995 liberty EJ 22 conversion Q's
just a few things I would to ask about subi EJ 22 conversions....this is going into my 76 kombi
> what psi fuel pump is needed to supply engine, what pressure is needed for supply
>do I need to use a efi regulator or can I use my old regulator from kombi engine(0-4psi )
> I am using a 95 liberty EJ22 engine so do I need to keep the ignition supply connected for ECU to work
thanks in advance................

Fuel pump I use the Bosch 070 which is the standard replacement pump for the EFI Bay windows and T3s. Not sure on pressure.
Fuel pressure regulator is built into the EJ22 fuel rail, so run the outlet of the pump straight to the fuel rail inlet (through a filter of
course).
Yes the Subaru ecu has to see the ignition supply to turn itself on. Not sure if this is what you are asking about.
