When a friend of mine went into the NSW Motor Registry Office (now called the RMS ) they could not register his C B as a Country Buggy only a VW Buggy/ Sedan Has anyone else had this problem , I cant remember what the called mine it hasn't been registered since the mid 90's but I will go through some old paperwork and see what I can find but this may take some time ,I am also interested what other states call them.

My Karmann Ghia used to be model unknown even though it had all of the details on the RAT sheets, I got it straightened out last time I registered it for 1 year and it went back to unknown.

i think mine many years ago was was registered in nsw as a vw utility..
it was in the background of an episode of american pickers last week '' ko335 sold 2004 shipped to usa...episode on microcars 'channel 7

had the choice of station wagon or unknown ????

It's only unknown to the registration authority :no: all of the insurance companies used to have a full listing,much easier to insure with Shannons if you want to deal with people who actually listen to what you have to say and act accordingly.
