Administrivia: TLS certificate renewed

Hi there,

The automatic renewal of the TLS certificate did not fire. I think I know the reason (some of the other domains I'd let expire), but to avoid the issue in the future, I've removed those domains from this certificate, so hopefully automated renewal will just occur transparently in the future.

thanks
Andrew
