Vw beetle rear body mount problem

Hey guys, my rear body mounts aka shock tower mounts are pretty well shagged and they need to be replaced, I don't want to replace the entire panel around it and it's a relatively simple piece to re create. How do I remove the piece, I can see 5 15mm welds around it but are there any spotwelds holding it on as well?

yes mate, I believe there will be a few spot welds as well mate, brake out the grinder and the drill...
