Engine Builder QLD

Hi All,
I am helping a mate who is looking for a performance engine builder in Queensland or Northern NSW,
He is looking at a 1916 ish, he wants it to last and be cost effective ie going to last a fair while but still be cheap enough for him on just above minimum wage.
Thanks
(Before you say read said post (Insert name here) I have:) )

"cost effective" and "cheap" must never be confused. Too often "cheap" is the most costly in the long run.
