wtb - interior mirror 62 beetle

Just chasing up an interior mirror for a 62 beetle. The chrome ones with the sunvisor holes.

Unfortunately I broke mine in an unfortunate series of events the other week :-( (the probably 1 original part my car had!)

if anyone has a good original one. I don't need the sunvisors.

Or if anyone has seen someone selling a decent reproduction, as I haven't found any

located menai nsw

Thanks guys

yep. Like that one.

Unfortunately I sheared the stork in half, I was looking at a wire from my fuel gauge which is mounted in the glove box, and as I sat up I knocked it with my elbow and busted it :/

The one original part my car probably still has!

can you drill the STALK (shaft) both broken ends and inset a strong wire etc with glue, to repair it?

That's actually what my mechanic suggested trying if I cant find the part...but I thoughtif I do that, then the bolt/wire will go right through the ball joint and the mirror wont be able to be afjusted
