HELP!!!

I got a '75 kombi, 2ltr
As of yesterday I cannot get 1st or second gear, and it grates like hell when I try and get reverse???

I'm in central brisbane at the moment, Can someone point me in the direction of a good VW garage where I can get it sorted out please?

Can you email me at jimbofrench101@yahoo.co.uk or call/sms me on 0415451209 as I don't know when I can get back online

Thanks for any help....

i hear good things about Phoenex engineering on burke st at wooloongaba (i dont have the number but they are at the back of park rd trainstation) but cant speak from personal experiance because i do my own work on my bus and wouldn't let anyone else touch it even if i could afford to pay them -which i cant.
