Those are quite good compression readings for 130,000 miles. Unsurprisingly, #3 is the worst due to higher temperatures as a consequence of flawed cooling design.

I think VW used to commemorate 100,000 miles on customer cars in the good old days with a watch or sutchlike.

40 h.p. from a 1600 is 25 hp/litre, i.e. 1/4 of what "high performance" engines of the same era produced (e.g. Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche (?)), so you should expect a further long troublefree run with the new P & C's.

Good luck
