Anyone want anything moved Brsibane to Newcastle or Back ?

I am looking at buying a car from Newcastle and if it comes off will be driving the Hilux down empty with a car trailer and back with a car behind it. Anyway this leaves my the option to move stuff all over the east coast for people and potential to make it a free trip for me. :D

So anyone out there want anthing moved ?

You could bring me some of the stuff Karmann54 has for free? Of course only if you want too. I could probably arrange to meet you in Newcastle with a trailer. I would love it if you could get the rear H apron for me. The rest I am not too sure about. Anyway u2u me.

Thanks.

Type one - you hook it up and I will carry the stuff, depending on what it is you may have to pay the going rate of a carton of VB :D

Rhys - You pay the man and I will drop one down for you. As long as you live near the hwy that is. No probs there

Spook - if my memory serves me correctly you were after a pre 75 high back driver seat, is this the case ... If so I will check around and dig sumthin up for you and drop it down no probs at all. You after anything else ?

Dazcat - yep I reckon teh 2.4 with a/c will be much better than the old 18R and windows. Oh yeah I have 5th gear also :D

You could extend your trip a little and pick up my fastback which is near newcastle and drop it in wollongong. Will pay a lot more than a case of beer.

Just so I aint got a spring sticking in my arse all the time...:(

There's another thought.
This car your picking up, is it a runner or do you need some muscle to get it on the trailer?

Don't suppose you got a 1600 single port kombi motor in that shed of yours??

Dunno will have to have a look. Don't usually get to many 1600 kombi engines but you never know what has been pulled out of a bug over the years.

:o Andy 42 ..

OK here is the plan so far:

Leav Brissy around 2.00am Monday 17 Nov 03
Arrive Sydney Monday Arvo and pickup all the stuff we need to get. Maybe stopping in Newcastle to pre position my CB for a late / early pickup.
Leave Sydney late Monday night and drive back to Brissy.

So far we are:
Dropping off some gear for Kombi Kid, Picking up gear in Newcastle and Sydney and driving back to Brisbane.

We still have room on the way down and are still looking for any loads that are out there to help cover petrol. The car trailer is empty on the trip down.
