stainless braided fuelline
whats the deal with this stuff.I put it on no longer than 4 months ago and its splitting at the ends under utilux clamp just above dissy!!! :cussing
Has anybody had this prblem too?

I used s/s braided fuel/oil lines with the engine upgrade but I used the aluminium fittings with no problems.

just make sure that when you cut it that you put some masking tape over the cut line, then use a fine hi-speed cutter ( i use a Dremel at 20~30000rpm)
and there should be little fraying etc.. If you do it right it will be cool forever. |

its just the rubber is splitting around radius of the hose (splits in directionof fuel flow)
