USA
Sano: Incredible, usually referring to inSANEly clean. No corners cut, and attention to detail phenominal.
Samba: An American word for a 23 window Microbus, sometimes called Alpines here I believe. A samba is the top of the range in Split window buses..

THE LOWEST WITH THE MOSTEST BLING BLING WINS!!

Well, that's a possible source; a more likely candidate is from Latin to Spanish (sano; healthy, wholesome, sound, clean) and then back into US
English, as is quite common, hoy en dia.
