Fibreglass fenders for early beetles??


Does anyone sell fibreglass fenders (mudgaurds for us aussies) for early beetles (apart from the Aerolook fenders)....either stock width or widened?

I have a rear set of widened guards I bought thenm of brad for $100 but never got round to using them any good to you?

I've got a set of 4 on a '63 beetle . I think they are wider than standard . $100 will buy them . Mark

Yeah SMOOTHIES are available from VVDS in Sydney they are 1-5/8" wider and cost $260.00 each new available for either post or pre 67 Beetles.

G'day Marcel and MR930, the guards don't have the flared edge do they? (I am after stock looking guards....either stock width or only slightly wider....don't want the mega-fat look [not that there is anything wrong with that!])

The gaurds I have look origional but maybe a little wider. I thought they were steel until I removed one.
