They don't smell to bad if the marinade is prepared correctly. Also deep frying tends to seal in the juices and stop the smell. Just picture yourself biting into the freshly deep fried flesh whilst the flavour bursts in your mouth.mmmmmmmmmm, rattt:puke

Or something classical; a Sonata by Ratmaninov, perhaps...

Theres a great recipe for a Hot Rat Milkshake I read somewhere, Went like this -

Use an old 4 lt paint tin rather than a glass.
Drop in 4 - 6 baby sewer rats.
Pour in 2 lt of milk thats been in the sun for at least 4 days or chunky but creamy flem colour.
The rats will now shed their fluids which gives a great pungent flavour to the brew naturaly.
2 table spoons of fish paste or tuna pate.
and blend untill mix is quiet .
Garnish with sun dried beetroot and drink imediately.
You may need a spoon as it does become very sticky.

Of course if you dont like Rats then get a snake. This will not only keep the Rat population down but will amuse the kids for hours!!
