Forget that rinky tinky stuff, get yourself into some RL Burnside, that's the real blues. Drink beer, throw down hard liquor, yell a lot (not
while driving of course - but that's the way you'll feel)

Gotta agree - the sound of a hard revvin screamer is pretty sweet music...... My borther-in-law has a sound clip of some F1 racer computer geeks who
programmed a motor to play "When the Saints Come Marchin in" - that sounds pretty cool. In fact I'll try to get a link off him but
might take a coupla days.

haha, mad! I've used race engines in samples before. Once you start messing with pitch, reverb, tempo and the like. You get some insane sounds!

Ok Thook here...couldn't be bothered doing the loggin change....
Soooo nice to listen to Jeff Buckely & sooo nice to know that there is someone else who knows who he is.....Jeff & the Kombi...very
nice....
But I'm a bit old school.....& I just can't put my Oils CDs away.....theres nbothing like cruising down a dark road with a bit of 10 to
1 playing real loud........
Also talking heads still get a hammering every now & then.....
I also have this old R&B mix Hip Hop Cd that mu brother in law burned for me......it has a bit of Tone Loc & similar on it...my 10 yr old
& 8 yr old love it...
Also a bit of The Offspring doesn't go astray...
For the Blues lovers...Years ago in the smaller pubs of Sydney..there was a band getting around called 'The Bondi Cigars"......play it
loud.....
Really i dont care whats playing as long as its played loud......

Yes poor Jeff.....gone much to soon . A beautiful voice, great guitarist,
and passionate showman gone to early.
It is good though seeing all his early stuff from Sine coming out. You heard it? There's also a great book out called Dream Brother, which traces
Jeff's musical and family history and compares his work, to his father Tim Buckley. A great read for every Jeff Buckley fan.
Squiz.....

Yeah, I'm a fan of all stuff really. But have a HUUUUGE soft spot for metal. It's a cool album. Not really new now. Came out before
COF's last one, done with a full symphony, etc... COF did the same thing, but its no way upto Dimmu's standard. And the Dimmu album would
have been done on a fraction of the budget too. The Album is call "Death Cult Armageddon"
If you want to download a track or two, get either Vredesbyrd, Progenies Of The Great Apocalypse or Blood Hunger Doctrine.
Six feet under are pretty cool. Aside from black and death I also like the Swedish Gothenburg sound. It's like new metal, but better Have you hear In Flames? They're mad! Or Darkane? I swear man, the
best heavy music is out of Europe atm. Infact, most of the best music lately, period!

Yeah, I used to front some metal bands around my school days too. My band is still prominently metal. But as I said, I'm into everything, so
theres no real theme.
But I agree on the age thing. You do appreciate it much more as you get older. I particularly like the staying power, accuracy and speed some of these
guys play with. It's nuts!!! Particularly when you see them live. And some of how deep these guys are into the culture. Particularly the
Norwegian dudes. The rival between bands and artists makes ganster rappas look like pussys!
