Amazing what you see in the Country...
I was out for a drive around the Hunter Valley at the weekend. Keep my eyes peeled for early VW's I came across this beauty just outside
Wollombi! Its a 61 split screen.
The owner was there, and told me that he'd just rolled it out of the garage that morning for the first time in 20 years! What a coincidence!!!
It was a 61 model, nothing in the back, but one of the most rust free unrestored splitties I've ever seen.
The guy was obviously attached to it, so I didn;t even bother asking if it was for sale. Said I'd call back in a couple of years!

You went cruising around the hunter and you didn't invite me to bug you for part of it. I was bored as last weekend. Apart from throwing up some
