QLD REGO ISSUES

I'm currently building a 1960 baja and just about to take it to Queensland Transport to get it approved and have a few quick questions.
1. Does it need seat belts?
2. Does it need a reverse light?
3. Does it need a demister?

Had a look at the ADR's and this vehicle was pre to the date they listed about these features. Looking for some input from someone who has been through the similar.

1.No but you're crazy if you dont.
2.No they didn't originally have one on this model
3 Technically yes as the car had a heater/demister system fitted as original.Depends how fussy the person doing the inspection is. Good luck!!:bounce
