In Need of Car Trailer


Hi All

I am in need of a twin wheel car trailer - for the use on the first weekend of Feb
I'am located in RYDE
Any help would be Great

You probably already know but if you can't borrow one of anyone here then try some of your local servo's, many hire out tandem car trailers.

i know in brissy, mobil hire em out.. twin wheels ones...but i think they charge per the day. Also it is half price on tuesday and wednesday

transported a beetle from shepperton to syd few months ago, if u hore hir the lightest one possible and check your tow bars rating, thats all the asvise i can give,


oh and secure the car balanced, drive hfor bout 10mins then check its still secured, and balanced

Thanks for the words of advise guys

I am towing a bus from Tasmania to Sydney.
Have used one of the u-haul Dual Wheels trailer before - Problem I found was the trailer weight a tonne.

Also if anyone need any parts taken from Sydney to Melbourne / Tasmania send me an e-mail to anthony@mcnally.com.au

does it have to be dual axles ? My VW racecar trailer is only single axle !

You could use mine, as long as you leave a hefty deposit :D so if you don't return there is no need to track you down and...................................well you get the picture!
