worth it? yep. I think mazda (maybe old 1500/1800 models) have some that fit vw rockers. I recall using them about 25 yrs ago

Very much worth it, especially if you have a cam, ratio rockers or stainless-steel valves.

If I get the chance before I move house, I'll shoot the tops of valves on a stock 1500 after 67000 miles and you can guesstimate the power loss...

yes mazda bongo had them fitted they fit vw ,I have them on my donk ss valves fitted big cam found no wear on the tops now before allways doing valve ajustments I have some they cost me $75.00
