Deck lid stand offs
Has anyone managed to fit them on a 67 deluxe that has the overider style bumpers bar. Like an idiot i didn't check before buying them , went
to the time and trouble of fitting them with the bumper off. The decklid wouldn't open as it caught on the overiders and bar. I'm pretty
sure i fitted them correctly but maybe not! Can it be done , i used an empi ( not impressed) product bought mail order from US.

No, unfortunately it can't be done. The only thing you can do is make and install longer bumper bar brackets

Should have bought Australian HOODJAX, then you could have opened the engine lid ! You just remove the pins through the opening at the top and take
the lid off if you need to work on your motor.:thumb
