My father use to work next to a TV repair company that used kombi's as work vehicals. He tells me of the days when the wind was up and a particular driver took the corner outside the company a bit to fast.
Needless to say the poor Kombi went for a roll (tip) and my father thinks VW aren't safe.
So my choice of transport make me the popular one.

It's all relative. The old FJ Holdens used to roll on the old dirt roads a lot.

Old style suspension on bad roads with crossply tyres would definitley contributed to rollover problems.

Glad for radial low profile tyres. :D
