Swapping 4 stud to 5

Picture this if you will, I have a 62 beetle with four studs (disc brake front) and I have a 64 Beetle with drums all around. Both cars are in different cities, if they were beside each other I wouldnt bother asking I would just try it...

But I want to swap the wheels and hubs over, I am swapping the front ends so that will be okay, but is it just a simple case of swapping the rear drums and wheels over.

At present the 4 stud are on a 1500 long box, if that makes any difference..

I think the backing plates are different on the rear end. Also take the spacers between the hub and bearing as well

I fitted Type 3 rear drums 2 piece to my car and had to machine the spacers
