accurate speedo

Thanks to ronster for the two sites for tyre size conversions.
However, I was pondering if some person can give me the Tyre size of 1967 1300 Delux Beetle. Was it 155X65X15 or something else. (M.p.H. Speedo.)
and also
For later Beetle which ran on 14inch rims with klm. speedo.
I am looking for the sizes the cars where sold at dealerships not aftermarket fitting.
Damm dont want to contribute to state coffers from spped camera.

catch you soon,

The manuals I have say that tyre OD = 25", roughly 625mm outside diameter, but use the correct conversion equation to get a more accurate metric figure.

Yes originals were 5.60 x 15" cross ply
or 155 x 15" radial ply tyres.

If You go with smaller profile tyres Your speedo will show You are going faster than You really are.... Larger tyres do the
opposite.....
The smaller ones will save You money!!!!
