I had a read thru it earlier this week. Good work. The stories for the most part are informative and interesting. Can't wait for the next issue.

My only complaint is the quality of the images. Craig, we definitely have to continue our discussion!

Hey can people tell me what they think of the ad on page 18? My first shot at an advertising image and i'd like to hear some opinions.

Thanks Guys,

The photographs are an area currently under review. Aside from a technical hitch which pixeled some images unintentionally, I am working closely with my photographers to build and improve on the first issue.

And HotRodNatt, I'm pleased that you are keen to get involved in the photography side of things. Now that the first issue is out of the way I can have a chat to you about that side of things. Thanks. I'll hook up sometime next week.

And the ad on Page 19(not 18)? That's what sold the magazine so well today.

Cheers

Yep, I agree - a great read, got my copy from Dubs by the Pub - great to meet you too!

OK, please tell us what we can do to make your life easier and therefore help to keep the mag going.

Do you want articles on clubs, individuals, businesses, cars,..... perhaps we could poke a few people into action for you... Just let us know.

Hi Guys,

This magazine is not 'precious' - in other words, it caters for everything about VW, from trailer queens to work vehicles.

I would like to hear about anything and everything to do with Volkswagen. Email, post, phone - let me know. My contact details are in the mag.(ps being a one man show means that you will sometimes get the dreaded message bank if you call office or mobile - please leave a message. I get to them pretty quick.)

Also spread the word. Although I would like to do this for the shear pleasure alone, business being business, the mag can only survive with sales - there are bills to pay.

Thanks for the support.

Cheers

It's a national distribution for the mag, and WA was included on the list, although I am unsure of specific locations.

There will be a couple of stories from WA in Issue#2 - I am visiting WA next month to get all the photos and info.

WHERE CAN I BUY VMA ?????

I am glad to hear that the Aussie VW mag is great, I wish that I could share the same response. I can't find it anywhere. I have rang every single newsagency within reasonable distance and noone has it. Does anyone know of a newsagency in the western suburbs of vic that sells it ??????

I went to the newsagency at Blackburn Station last week and asked whether they would have it or not. They said that they hadn't heard of it and hadn't ordered any, but that they would probably have it. I walked in yesterday, 3 copies on the shelf :) Of course i had to buy it straight away. Congrats on a great mag VMA!

Went for a wander around one of the bigger shopping centres here on the Gold Coast yesterday and checked all of the newsagents - they all had a couple of copies, so get out there and get yourself a copy!! (its a good read  )

I walked into the first newsagent I saw, and spotted it straight away. Great read! The woman at the newsagent said she's already sold several copies, so it must be going well.
