pan swapped today
Well today was the day, well dave becker and i started at 9am intending to get the body preped and the new pan set for the swap then do all the heavy
work when the other members of the club arrived.
We couldn't wait.
here are some photos of the day.
as you can see safety was our top priority.
some people are like slinky's
they have no useful purpose
but they are fun to watch
when you push them down the stairs

not everything went to plan.
we lifted the shell to find that a mounting bracket stayed with the pan.
not happy jan.
but not to worry dave did a mosaick weld job and it looks good as new.
some people are like slinky's
they have no useful purpose
but they are fun to watch
when you push them down the stairs

Dave was a great help, hell it could not have been done without him and Wayne Penrose.
We are lucky that dave and i started early and found that rust damage when we did.
Dave did a great job of repairing the section.
Buzz is now up at wayne penroses get some adjusters, shocks, swaybars and the rear end lowered at the moment.
it is going to be ready on thursday and i can't wait.
