chopped bus needs a raise
While the look of a chopped bus is very cool  There is a very real
problem of bone jarring suspension :bounce even after installing brand new shocks the front end is just too low.
I need comfort in the bus and I think original height is the way to go but I have been warned that I may end up with a lop sided bus.
Has anyone raised a chopped bus and if so how can I avoid the lop sided side effect?

Don't think you can chop a Bus. it's gotta be lowered. if it's lowered it should have adjusters in the front beam just adjust them up
and the front should be good , same as the rear except no adjusters just re-set the rear to the right height. if all else fails take it back to where
you had it lowered and if you bought the bus that way, give indian automotive a call in Kingswood, Sydney's west, the guys name is Kimm he will
help.

I agree with wacked1, give Kimm a call and ask him for some advice. You might be getting a bad ride from your suspension hitting the bumpstops.
Indian have some adjustable bumpstops, which mean you can run lowered without hitting on every bump. Could be worth looking into if you like the
lowered look of your bus.

Thanks Fellas, I am pretty sure the bus is lowered. I am keen to go for 'natural height. I think one of the bus's big advantages is height
but I bought the bus because of the immaculate paint and original interior.
Thanks and what is the difference between chopped and lowered?

chopped means where the roof has been lowered. Lowered means by suspension lowering.
