how to clean berg warner air filter


ive got this berg warner air filter but am unsure of the best way to clean it, can i buy new filters or is there an easy way to clean the existing one? also, is there a life span to one of these, like do i clean/change every oil change or sumthing?

the housing is Borg Warner, but the element is just a normal Ryco or something, ie disposable, if you look very carefully around the blue plastic , you may be able to see a "Z...." part number for the filter
