yeah it is featured in oz bikes, and i think it is in Newcastle! (maybe july/aug)
My friend tells me that the intercooler is from a wrx, and also has wheelie bars that aren't in the picture supplied.

Hey guys, got the artical from my friend! it is actually in melbourne's western suburbs. (don't no were he got Newcastle from). Here are
some details.
- 144cc honda generator motor
- Turbo found in someones scrap bin "no make mentioned. (runs 2 psi boost)
- been clocked at 80kmh without the nitrous.
-build cost $3500
