I'll be there!
This will be my first Nats (I have been promising myself that I would make it to the Nats for years - finally going to make it!)
I would love to meet up with fellow forum members and put names to faces etc... I have no idea what time or where the meet should take place so I will
leave this to those who have been there and done that before!
I should be fairly easy to spot - I'll be wandering around wearing my club shirt (Gold Coast Dub Club).
Can't wait!

We're staying at the Goldsbrough Apartments Darling Harbour....Right near ferries and transport if no one is passing that way...
I can hire a car and go for a drive out of town for the day anyways...

hey everyone i was at the nationals but unfortunatly i didnt have a password for aussie vee dubers so i wasnt a member technicaly so therefore i didnt
know about your arangements for your meet up. I did on the other hand see some of the cars yous have described to me and they r all nice. i do have a
suggestion though, i am 16 years of age and am restoring a 68 beetle, im sure there are many other young blokes out there like my self, P platers or
whatever that are in the same boat me so i was wondering if it would be possible to run an event for the younger generations vws ?

I ran into a few ppl at the drags, but sadly missed the show due to money earning. hope it was good, I'm just going to head off to the club vw
website to check what i missed didn't notice a particular AVD
contingent at the drags. Feelin a bit sorry for Steve and his friend Mr Quaife.

better late than never....
...finally found the time to have a wander around the forum...first time since getting home from the Nationals....
It was great to meet you all - I have been to meetings like this in Queensland in the past - it's great to be able to put faces to names. Great to
meet you all.... and the show - well, that was just great. I'll see you all next year (but I will be driving to Sydney rather than flying next time
- much more fun!
