I would say VERY Rare...
I don't think the centre colour would have been genuine in the centre.... I'm only guessing... but it certainly looks great and VINTAGE.... more like an optional extra... although they did have deluxe model beetles which did vary a bit from country to country...
Would look great in a Oval Beetle..
after a 2nd look, I think its a reproduction... the speedo background is too glossy, and I believe VW Speedos aren't normally glossy.. in the background.. I don't think any speedos are glossy because of reflections....
