Slam it and put white wall tyres and moon discs, with either two tone paint (maroon and beige) or flat black.

I'm with Dave, don't "slam" it, just lower a touch and dress it up nice.
Easy for us to say though!

Bugger!
I didn't get the opportunity to sway your decision.
If I was posting earlier this morning I would have said-
What do you want to do with it and how much do you have to spend?
Do you like cruising in town or do you like the beach and bush. If its the latter go Baja!
If you have a lot of spare cash lying around the go the lowered resto.
Personally I'd Baja it - But hey I'm biased. I like the beach and the bush and I like to go almost anywhere, but hey - if you like being
scared of speedbumps, then drop it, but you'll be sorry .
Matt Black Bitch Bajaed and Beastly
- Oh and you can put accessories on Bajas too.

Period Racer Look
Flat black or even red oxide, lowered Front, BRMS, thick and thin white racing stripe over the top (not centre but 3/4 over). Racing Numbers on the
doors, and big rear tyres to give it a nice rake!
You could even go the whole hog and put 'Driver: your name" on the door!
Get an old EMPI woodrim steering wheel, and some 4 point harness belts on stock seats.
I've often thought about this for a year or two before putting the paint on

Somehow I don't think he's gonna be driving it himself for some time yet! Well, not legally, anyway.
I like the idea of a baja type 3 and have been looking at mine for some time now. Unfortunately though, it would have to be absolutely butchered to
turn it into even a half-decent off-roader, which really isn't worth it. Stick with bugs and buggies, or a kombi if you need something

I recind my opinion.
I thought you had a Square back and obviously didn't read your post properly.
If it was a square back I'd baja it, but no if it was a notch. I would have to agree with Matara on this one and agree with the 'period
racer' look for sure. A notch dosent belong in the bush or the beach but kicking some crappydores ass.
Cause they can if you believe they can.

Don't call me Steve!
...there are to many Steve's on the net and it becomes confusing. Considering there are about 7 just at this forum alone. It seems eveyone
becomes a steve when they get on the net. Bronze is a nick name I got when I was in the infintary and prefer it above Steve and profanities.
No I don't have any more pics. Baja type 3's are fairly unique. I have never seen on in the flesh so to speak and this is the oly pic I
have. Dam It's big isn't it. The post Nazis (joking) will have to remove it soon because of it's size. I sourced this a year or so ago
and it's the only type three baja I've seen on the net. Infact someone else found it and posted it on the old forum months and months
ago.
I would expect by the height that this is a top dollar machine judging by the height.
Red Oxide is a orange / brown sort of paint that is sometimes satin in gloss. A good example of what oxide looks like is rust which is oxidised steel
which then turns that rusty colour. You can get industrial undercoats that have the oxide pigment as it makes a good undercoat for dark top coats.
Bronze - Not Steve please.
