V1 reconstruction

Thought you guys would like to see this - our CAD reconstruction of the 1935 V1. Unlike the VW contracted replica's, which were somewhat rushed, we have spent 4 years researching the car. Most parts have been remodelled more that once, in order to get them as perfect as possible. Although the pics of the chassis don't really show it, the detail is very high, with every nut and bolt present, and to mm accuracy.

I am hoping that it will be possible to craft a replica using the CAD model as a basis.

Hey Patrick sorry i never replied to your email, I meant to then inadvertently deleted it :( anyway now that I have it I have uploaded that video for you to enjoy. Its 5 meg so chances are hight that it would have bounced from your mail server, I'll leave it up for a week or two but then I'll have to get rid of it as I need the space for other things :) I hope the video is a help, also could you give me a run down of what it is granger marketing does? I'm very curious.

Thanks

Thank you very much for the video, it is longer than I expected it to be, and contains so much information! Luckily everything V1 related in the video ties with the model.

Granger-Marketing is the name of my fathers company, specialising in automotive consultancy, and offers services such as marketing research. The company also supplies spare parts for trucks and busses. The website has recently been taken over by my brother who needed a domain to use for his online design portfolio.

I will be sure to add some detailed renderings to the website - and may also add some info of our current project, the reconstruction of the 850 cc doppelkolben engine which once powered the V1.

Thanks again for that video - I really appreciate it!
