blue and white low beetle

This morning at about 8 am i saw a 60s beetle heading towards engadine/ heathcote about 2km from the end of Heathcote Road.
It was very low, had no bumpers, stock wheels painted red with no hubcaps, white wall tyres.
The beelte was painted white with middle blue guards front and back and middle blue sides(the part below the trim).
This beetle looked extremely cool bumping along the poor surface of Heathcote road... My god it was hot.
