Baby Car Seat
I have friends coming up to stay with me in Brisbane for a week or so and need to put a baby capsule in my kombi while they are here.
I have a 1977 Bay Kombi and I have taken out the middle seat so I only have the back bench .
How do I attach the capsule to make it legal?
Any help would be really appreciated..

Prolly the same up there as in NSW.
You will need a CRAB (Child Restraint Anchorage Bar) to attach the seat.
Down here you get a provisional engineering report with it and it has to stay in the car while the bar is installed.

Fitting Baby Capsule
I had a 76 Kombi years ago and had to fit a capsule to it, there was already 2 small brackets welded to the engine firewall (the bit sloping up from
the floor), they just fitted it straight to them, no extra bars or anything. Glad your turned out well.
