maybe set up a second tank and pump into the first to keep it at the same weight up front as a way of trimming the bias... otherwise it will understeer more and more the further you go ... eep. madness.

Almost there, rough price will be around $700 and they are made from 3mm alloy. As for who is doing them .... keep an eye out for a new and exciting Custom Buggy Fabrication Company opening soon !!!!

The new company will be offering a full suit of buggy stuff from custom bar work and fule tanks to full floor pan builds and camper trailers.

All work is carried out by fully qualified trades people and quality and good turn around times at an affordable price is the aim of the game.

Hmmmm. The plot thickens... the mystery of where this new buggy shop will be. Who will work there and what wonderful things they will create...

There is definitely an opening in this market as most of the current players (business not recreactional) cost allot of $$$ and seem to take a long time to get stuff done.

Also are these tanks tig welded or mig welded and are they certified.
And as for a buggy shop that does quality work for a reasonable price "I would like to see that " Would be nice if it opens on the Southside for a change:thumb;):bounce

OK
VDO sender
Tig Welded - all welds left unground tanks tested to 5 PSI (TBC PSI rating)
Ceryified yes
Quality Yes
Custom Fit yes ( you bring buggy to secret shed with hole cut and bonnet sitting on and you get it back with fule tank or as an option you get motor bike style filler fitted and all ( extra cost applies to supply of cap)
Time frame - once they open expect 7 days turn around

Man you guys need to find some hard questions
