Shifter Overhaul
I am going to ovehaul the shifter on my fasty and install a quickshift. Can anybody suggest a local supplier who carries couplers (w/ urethane
inserts), bushings etc? Aircooled.net has an excellent selection of parts and prices seem pretty reasonable, but I thought I'd check out local
suppliers before sending my cash O/S. Any experiences or opinions.
PS Congrats to Splittychick. Now we can start to put the
"splitty" into "splittychick"!

most vw shops have the replacement bushes and couplers in stock.
I have no sympathy for my car, only the wallet that pays for it!

$50 seems very cheap! Is that a Berg/Hurst/EMPI style shifter or just the quickshift adaptor plate?
