tips to raise the bus

I am about to raise my '77 bus.

It was lowered by Indian Automotive. The bus looks great but due to concerns about the state of my teeth (which are constantly being jarred) a raise is in order.

Does anyone have a trick up their sleeve for adjusting the front and rear suspension (I've heard it is a tough job)?

does it have adjusters fitted

they are in the miidle of the beam on both rails ,if they are jack your bus with wheels off the ground ,loosen then lock nuts moved the adjuster around to the other end of adjustment and tighten lock nut
for the back you will have to do a bit more ,you will have to go up a spline on the torsion bar which is a bit more involved
