Disc front end
can you get a conversion kit (Or something) for a 4 stud disc front end to change it to 5 stud? Or even better can you get the 5 stud rotors?

can you get 4 to 5 bolt wheel adapter plate's in Australia or only from the US?

Yes Vintage in Sydney has good quality steel plate adaptors, most of the ones from the Us are cheap Tawainese give them a ring 02-9789-1777
These will also widen your front track so be careful with what tyre whell combination you have.
