Costa Beetles never had an Origional Tacho.
Karmann Ghias and Type 3s were the only models that had Origional Tachos, in the 60s.
If its an After market type VDO... then pay what you think its worth are you buying or selling ???

He's buying, and Costa, it wouldn't cost that much. For example, EMPI stuff is usually very expensive, and a NOS EMPI tacho probably wouldn't be in
the price range you mentioned..

THE LOWEST WITH THE MOSTEST BLING BLING WINS!!

here's a better pic of an early 911 tach, only problem is that u have to get it converted for 4 cyl input
This one is for sale for 110 pounds, so about AU$250

Mmmm yeah i like the 356 one too!
Im thinking of putting an early 911 one in my car. Just gotta figure out a speedo and other stuff first
hey heres a 356 tach that goes to 7000rpm - although its repro of porsche 904 tach - so i'm guessing it wont be cheap!

found on this site - there is a whole page of different 356 tachs
http://www.paspeedo.com/porsche356tachometers.htm
sorry about hijacking this thread with porsche gauges, I just get excited about these things!
